What is "Bridget Reymond Fitness"?

Oh, look - it's another bikini competitor who threw "fitness" at the end of her name and decided to make her own website.

* eye roll *

I know, I know... The world doesn't need another online personal trainer.

But that's exactly why I'm making this website - to be different. To bring something else to the table. To offer something more.

Bridget Reymond Fitness isn't just about losing weight or gaining muscle. It's not about being able to pick up heavier weights, or being able to track macros. I hope to be able to teach you how to do all of those things, but also so much more.

I want every person who comes across this page to learn how to love themselves, from the inside out: and that means loving yourself by giving yourself ENOUGH food (SO many of us attempt to lose weight by under eating!) and the RIGHT kind of food (we eat to nourish our bodies and train hard!) 90% of the time, but also loving yourself enough to ENJOY LIFE! We've only got one life to live, and you can't convince me that every second of it should be spent tasting the exact same six meals day in and day out!

If the picture of this lifestyle I'm painting out for you sounds appealing, or if you want to be able to get to a place where you LOVE yourself enough to do all of those things, come work with me!
